How to Watch Lacrosse on TV
Lacrosse has more TV coverage than ever across college and professional leagues. ESPN+ carries the bulk of NCAA Division I games, with ESPNU, the ACC Network, and the Big Ten Network picking up conference matchups and ACCNX and B1G+ streaming many more. During the college season (late January through Memorial Day weekend), you can find 20 or more NCAA games on TV and streaming every week.
The biggest college games of the year air on ESPN networks, and the 2026 men's and women's national championships both aired on ESPN. If you are following a specific team, ESPN+ is the best single subscription for most regular-season games. ESPN+ is now sold as ESPN Select in the ESPN app; ESPN Unlimited adds the ESPN TV channels.
The 2026 titles went to Princeton (16-9 over Notre Dame) and Northwestern (14-11 over North Carolina). The 2027 college season is expected to start late January to early February 2027, building to men's championship weekend May 29-31, 2027 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.
PLL on TV
The Premier Lacrosse League brings outdoor field lacrosse to the biggest stages. In 2026 PLL games streamed on ESPN+, with national games on ABC, ESPN, and ESPN2. The 2026 championship aired on ABC. The 2026 title went to the Philadelphia Waterdogs, who beat the Denver Outlaws 14-4 on September 20, 2026. PLL 2027 dates are not yet announced; the PLL has opened each of the last two years with a winter 6v6 Championship Series, then a summer season (May 8 to August 16 in 2026).
NLL on TV
The National Lacrosse League is the top indoor/box lacrosse league in North America. In 2025-26 NLL games streamed on ESPN+ in the U.S. (with select games on ESPN networks) and aired on TSN and TSN+ in Canada. The 2026-27 TV slate has not been announced yet. The NLL plays from late November through May, so fans can watch box lacrosse and college lacrosse on the same weekend. NLL 2026-27 opens Friday, November 27, 2026, with 2025-26 champion Toronto Rock opening their title defense that weekend.
