TeamSnap Pricing: What Does It Really Cost?

TeamSnap pricing depends on which product you use. A single team picks a team plan: Free, Premium or Ultra. Clubs and leagues use TeamSnap ONE, which is priced by quote. Many coaches search "teamsnap pricing" or "is teamsnap free" because the plan names and prices have changed over the years.

We checked TeamSnap's team plans, its pricing page and its help center on September 30, 2026. Secondslide publishes this page and offers program software and team outfitting, so read it as one provider's comparison. We have not bought a TeamSnap plan.

The team plans in short: Free covers rosters under 15 players and shows ads. Premium costs $10.83 a month billed annually or $18.99 billed monthly. Ultra costs $13.75 a month billed annually or $25.99 billed monthly. Payment processing is charged on top when families pay invoices.

The plan price is only part of the cost. TeamSnap's help center lists invoice processing at 3.25% plus $1.50 per payment, added to what the family pays. On a $150 dues invoice, that adds about $6.38 to the family's total.

Plan prices add up by team. Five teams on Premium come to about $650 a year billed annually, or about $1,140 a year paying month to month. A team that grows past 14 players can't stay on Free. Clubs that move to TeamSnap ONE get a custom quote, so ask for the software price and the processing rate together.

Then add what the software doesn't cover. Programs still buy custom uniforms, and many run a fanwear or spirit wear sale. Those usually come from other vendors. The real comparison is the whole season: software, processing and gear.

TeamSnap's team plans cover scheduling, messaging, availability and payments. Uniforms and team stores are not part of the team plan features.

How to Compare the Full Cost

Put the same season in front of every provider. List your teams and roster sizes, how you collect registration and dues, and the uniforms and fanwear you expect to buy. Then ask each one for these in writing:

• The software price, and whether it is per team or per organization.
• The payment processing rate, and whether the program or the family pays it.
• Any roster size limits or features that need a higher plan.
• Uniform pricing and the date the uniforms will be in hand.
• How team store orders, markup and payouts work.
